DAN
Dan - The reversed reflection of REx.
Exists wielding opposite qualities of him.
Larger, stronger, and of a better position - he is a formidable opponent to REx.
Having all and everything that REx doesn't have, excelling in all those where REx lacks miserably, he has been seen having an edge over REx whenever they met. Being complete opposite to REx's emotionally pessimist nature, his previous incarnation developed a distant friendship with Nayeefa, and ultimately winning her from REx over a patient, careful development.
Almost nothing is known about that one. Primary source was Nayeefa herself, but the picture was extremely unclear and subject to doubt. A lot of searches and investigations were made, resulting a collection of very little information.
Second time he appeared as a junior guy, who is a son of a businessman, and an insignificant political figure also, having a life of luxury and heavy expenditure that any guy of that age would dream to have. When seven years later Nayeefa is born as Feliza, REx wins her back from him rather easily. Letting her go to marry her family-chosen guy, REx knew that the revenge has not been taken yet, which he ultimately took much later, almost after three years, in the month of great disaster, when he had her on her bed - the very same bed where Yamuna and everyone else has given their everything to please REx.
REx said the month was surely most appropriate for such accomplishment since this very month carried the rust of his depression for letting Nayeefa go so far, that resulted losing her to Dan. The rust was washed away through the steaming water he used to have bath with, before singing each evening.
Supporters of Dan claimed that it was not really 'winning Feliza back' from Dan as reincarnated Nayeefa, because this time Dan willingly let her go. To reply them REx only had to say that Dan would never win Nayeefa from him unless he was so distantly away for a long, long time. Thus who actually has a stronger influence over her remains a matter of doubt and controversy.
End of his revenge REx later came across Dan and they became great friends. After being questioned about who of them had a better influence on her, both named the other one. Great rivals turning great buddies can be very respectful to one another.
CONNECTION OF INCARNATIONS
Dan has appeared twice in REX's life so far. Both the times he was born on the same date, making his identity very obvious. The date being the next day to REx’s own date of birth indicated Dan’s advanced competitive qualities over him. Whereas Feliza took birth on the birth date of Nayeefa’s younger sister, in return she offered her younger sister be born on REx’s birthday.
AFTERMATH
Nayeefa was won back from Dan as Feliza, but was let go by REx to marry the guy of her family's choice. REx said he let her go because she broke the trust once and so he had not won her back to marry her, but to show his edge over Dan. He originally had no evil within himself, but Nayeefa inflicted him with infidelity. Being evil-hearted 'muddy REx', he then went on breaking uncountable hearts, climbing heights of sick pleasure by stepping on pieces of blood-shedding hearts and bathing himself in tears. REx, thus, himself became the cause of infidelity before many guys. RASHIKA later clarified that she created millions of females from the colours of her hair-ribbon to make sure that REx remains busy only with her shadows.
FINALLY
REx believes that Dan is not going to appear any further because the reflections tomorrow are / will be 'personification of (his) singing', protecting themselves by the virtue of origin.

The Muddy One
Stormy night... REx joined the fish-hunters for dinner. But the locally made drink taken after meal was too much for him. He was trying to come home but fell unconscious in the sea-shore of west, where the muddy gound slopes into salty water. The waves carried his living corpse into a canal of dense muddy water. Coming back to consciousness next afternoon, REx found RASHIKA waiting before him. Embarrassed to get her worried, he said he needed to punish himself. Saying it had already been given, Rashika pointed to his body, all messed up with sticky mud. REx happily accepted the punishment and since then, he is seen messing his body up with sticky mud. It shows immovability, his unsocial living, and also being close to nature and its power. It reminds him of the day, and so he can't upset Rashika anymore.
It lets him keep in mind who he actually is.

The Dark Railway to Hell
Ever since his childhood, REx used to have a repeated nightmare of a dark railway, with a feeling that it would lead to the hell. After growing up, once the nightmare was very frequent, and REx set out to visit every railway existed, thinking he could convince his mind that there exists no railway that comes in his nightmare, only when he would finish seeing all the railways. One evening, a tired REx came across a railway that, in the darkness of the evening, looked exactly like the one of his nightmare. He was nervous and collapsed unconscious. Few hours later he found himself lying on the railway, with an incoming train about to pass over him. Coming back from a state close to death, he was over all the fears and terrors, and started walking on the railway to see where it goes. Late at the night, he started singing and right when the first light of dawn was visible, his singing was changed beyond his control, and he was conferred with the Golden Sound.

They lean back on the shiny green sports car of Dan and watch him. The powerful headlights slice through the darkness as the sound of REx's heavy boots slices through the silence as he walks away.

: He's a stubborn emotional guy but the purity of his heart and intention is unquestionable.
: And don't forget the singing. It rules his life.
: Let me ask you something, Dan. If you and Rex met Feliza same time, who you think would have won her heart?
: Why? Rex! Because he is cute and romantic.
: Strange! Because when I asked Rex about it, he said you! Because you are strong and manly.
: (Smiles then says) End of the day, none of us got her!
REx stopped, looked back at them for a moment, and then - finally faded in to the darkness.

As they were passing through the jungle of depression, the wind was making a tremendous frustrating sound... well known to depress people. There wasn't any single one seen around, and the whole environment was unthinkably mysterious.
As they came out of the jungle and entered the country of ever lasting winter, the scene around them dramatically changed. Dense cloud on the sky, there really was no sun. Freezing air was blowing from the North.
They first saw some sort of dark statue, but soon they became sure that it was him.
Here he is, lying on his chest on a black stone on his shayana. Dense sticky mud all over his body, hair smeared with dried mud... making it hard and stiff.
